Sun City for shows, gambling or water sport, Groot Marico for a mampoer tour and even Hartbeespoortdam for a breakfast run, are all nearby.

Stunning game drives provide guests with the opportunity to view the abundance of wildlife which includes 18 different species of antelope ranging from the agile, fragile duiker and steenbok to the majestic eland as well as giraffe and zebra.

Approximately 120 guests can be accommodated in the entertainment hall which is equipped with DSTV, a bar and kitchen. The lodge is ideal for conferences, functions, weddings and seminars.

Luxury chalets, with elegant finishes, can sleep 40 guests. Also, a caravan park, which offers separate ablution facilities for each caravan, makes it a dream wedding venue for brides opting for a long weekend celebration.

Smal Game Lodge also offers bow and rifle hunting and has excellent slaughtering facilities.

There are no difficult-to-negotiate winding roads leading to this game farm. In fact, thanks to the effort and foresight of the owners, a beautifully paved road from the highway to the lodge, means that visitors don’t even need a 4×4!
